What is your team's experience?
Great question! We’ve built custom mobile apps and website software for over 20 years, serving customers like international airports to Fortune 100 brands like Michelin – and a host of businesses, large and small, in between. We have experience launching iOS, Android, and Amazon tablet apps along with platforms that live on the web and integrate with AI.
Who actually builds my app or automation?
Our in-house team of software strategists, UI/UX designers and developers. No hand-offs to strangers — the people you meet are the people who build.
How long does a typical custom software development project take?
Most discovery and roadmapping engagements run four weeks, with roadmap to launch depending on scope of your project (90 days is our sweet spot). With your Roadmap you'll see a phased milestone schedule and budget before we start, and you review the work at every stage prior to launch.
What does my software Roadmap cost, and what do I get?
Our software development Roadmap is a fixed-fee strategic engagement with a cost typically representing 10-15% of your total budget. You leave with a written technical plan, phased priorities and feature list, milestone map, and honed-in budget ranges. It's yours to keep (or shop) whether or not we build together. And if you’re comfortable with the plan, we move forward.
How much does custom software or app development cost?
Unfortunately, there’s no way to accurately estimate ahead of time without diving into the details with you. We’ve built applications for $10k and platforms with hundreds of thousands of users for over $1M. Every project we do is unique and has specific customer requirements. Those are all folded into your software Roadmap which gives you a clear budget with specific recommendations on where you could save if you want to.
Can you help me leverage AI in my workflows?
Yes! We’re AI-forward, meaning that we embrace AI’s power but respect its limitations and concerns. Your data is always carefully protected and preserved, keeping what’s important private while harnessing workflow efficiencies.
Will this replace our other tools, or work alongside them?
Either. Most projects integrate with what you already run — your CRM, accounting, and ops tools — so you're not starting from zero. If something's actively working against you, we'll say so, but replacing tools that work isn't the goal.
