Do we need a full Roadmap engagement to work with you on an event?
Not necessarily. Most event engagements start with a focused kickoff scoped to your event, not a full strategic Roadmap. If a bigger engagement makes sense, we'll tell you; we won't assume it upfront.
Do we own the final edited video file you deliver, and can we use them anywhere?
Yes, once we deliver the final edited video file (typically as a download link), there are no licensing fees and no restrictions on where or how you use it. We want you to get the most bang for your buck!
How far in advance should we start planning?
Ideally, 6-8 weeks out, that gives real time for promotion to build momentum without fizzling early. We can move faster for smaller events; we'll tell you honestly if the timeline's too tight to do it right.
Who actually does the work?
Our in-house team, strategists, designers, production coordinators, photographers, videographers, and editors, the same people planning, building, running, and capturing your event.
What does the Roadmap cost, and what do I get?
The Roadmap is a fixed-fee strategic engagement. You leave with a written plan, customer journey, messaging, priorities, and budget ranges, that's yours to keep whether or not we build it together.
